We are writing to inform you of a delay in the delivery of your January water usage bill. Due to unforeseen technical issues, we are unable to generate and distribute your bill at this time.
We anticipate that your bill will be delivered mid-February 2025. We understand the importance of timely billing and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In addition, we want to remind customers who use auto-pay or online bank bill pay to be aware of a recent rate change. Effective January 1, 2025, the monthly base rate increased from $70 to $85. Please ensure that your payment settings are updated to reflect this new rate to avoid payment discrepancies. A letter explaining the increase will accompany the January bills.
